Obtained from Indian cheed nuts by cold pressed extraction technology, offered cheed oil ( Kela) is well known for its nutrients enriched content. It is loaded with essential fatty acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins. Light yellow in appearance, this oil has distinctively nutty smell. This oil can be used for cooking at high temperature for its 200 degree C ( around) smoking point. Cheed oil ( Kela) is enriched with saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids. Its oleic acid based content is effective in reducing cholesterol level in blood.
